“ORTIA was created with a clear purpose: to simplify and support the day-to-day operations of NDIS providers.”

As both an NDIS provider and a parent of a child on the NDIS, we saw first-hand the gaps in existing software solutions. We searched for a platform that could reduce the administrative burden while remaining affordable and functional—but we consistently encountered tools that were either too expensive, too limited, or disconnected from the realities of the NDIS sector.

Many platforms lacked a genuine understanding of the unique needs of providers, participants, and carers. Even those that claimed to help often offered only basic features, with essential functions locked behind costly add-ons.

Rather than settling for less, we decided to build something better.

ORTIA was created with the needs of NDIS providers at its core—from onboarding and rostering to tracking, invoicing, and auditing. Every function within ORTIA has been thoughtfully designed in collaboration with service providers, support workers, and participants to reflect real-world needs.

From the beginning, our mission has been to remove operational obstacles and empower providers to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care.
