Currently SMSF investors can only enter into one-part contracts, limiting their investment potential. We have made it possible to enter into a two–part home and land package contract by entering into a two-part contract with the builder, while the investor enters into a one-part contract with us.
Most recently, One Contract Property has decided to work with NDIS providers to offer disability housing to people with disabilities and their families.
We have simplified the process into three simple steps:
- The SMSF works with the NDIS provider to select a suitable location, build specification and purchase price.
- The SMSF pays a 40% deposit and enters into a contract with us.
- Upon completion, the SMSF pays the remaining 60% balance, the land is then transferred to the SMSF, and the sale is finalised.

To ensure our NDIS housing meets building standards, we are compliant with SDA Design Standards.
SDA Design Standards is a system created under the NDIS to ensure people with high support needs can live independently at home and receive the support they need.
